At Clothesline Warehouse, we provide clothesline removal Australia-wide. We can remove all types of clotheslines, from ground mounted to wall mounted clotheslines.

Please read How it Works and Terms of Removal on this page prior to purchasing our Clothesline Removal Service.

After purchasing our Clothesline Removal Service, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and contact information of your assigned Clothesline Removalist.

Your assigned Clothesline Removalist will contact you to confirm all details with you to book a mutually agreeable removal time and date, as well as any additional costs.

*Please note, that it can take up to 1 to 2 weeks for your clothesline to be removed depending on the time of the year and the work load of our removalists.

If you have any questions prior to purchasing a clothesline removal, please call or email us directly and one of our team members can assist you with any concerns.

DAY OF CLOTHESLINE REMOVAL

• The removalist arrives onsite at the agreed time*
• Your old clothesline will be removed and taken away by the removalist.
• Ground mounted clothesline removals will be cut off at the ground level.
• Old concrete in the ground will not be removed.

*Please read our Terms of Removal to avoid being charged a callout fee of $80 under certain circumstances.

CLOTHESLINE INSTALLATION SERVICES

• If you need your new clothesline installed, we offer clothesline installation for an additional fee of $60.
• Simply select the "Clothesline removal and installation" option.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please read the following Terms regarding our Clothesline Removal Service.

AN $80 CALL OUT FEE MAY BE CHARGED DIRECTLY TO YOU UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES

• You are not at your premises at the agreed date and time of your removal.

• The removalist is unable to gain clear and safe access to the removal area due to hazards or excessive debris including, dog, cat or other animal faeces. Our workers have the right to refuse to work in these types of conditions.

CHANGING AN EXISTING REMOVAL BOOKING

• If you need to change your removal booking, please contact the removalist at least 48 hrs prior to removal to avoid a call out fee.

CLOTHESLINE REMOVAL AREAS

• The safety of our workers is paramount. Please make sure there is clear, safe and easy access for the worker to safely bring their required tools and materials to, from and around the removal area, to avoid any possible injury.

• It is the responsibility of the customer to know of any underground pipes and services located in or around the clothesline removal area. Whilst our workers are experienced in removing clotheslines, they cannot be held responsible for being guided by the customer in what area they want their clothesline removed, therefore our workers cannot be held responsible for any underground damage to underground services.

• Extra travel charges may apply if you are outside the removalists working area. Please discuss these charges directly with your assigned removalist prior to your removal.
