In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty item or you are not satisfied with our services provided, please contact Clothesline Warehouse directly by calling 1300 866 421 or visit our contact page for more options.
Love It or Return It Within 30 Days
We want to make your shopping experience as easy as possible, and for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from time of purchase.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. All returned goods for change of mind purchases are shipped at customer’s own expense. We'll cover the return shipping costs* if the return is a result of our error eg. you received an incorrect or defective item.
*Return shipping costs are payable by the customer unless as outlined above.
Please allow up to four weeks for refunds to be fully processed. This time period includes transit time for us to receive your return (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).
PLEASE NOTE: All Custom Made Clotheslines can not be returned or exchanged, as these clotheslines are SPECIFICALLY made only to customers requested dimensions.
Faulty or Damaged Products
Please check all your products upon receiving and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you notice any faults, damages, incorrect items or missing parts.
When contacting us, please advise as much information as possible, including the product purchased, the issues you are experiencing, and if possible, any images or videos that will help us to help you quickly.
