Clothesline Warehouse offers FREE delivery for orders over $100 to Metro areas in:

  • Melbourne
  • Sydney
  • Adelaide
  • Canberra

Your order needs to be shipped to a Metro postcode in these cities to qualify for free shipping.

If you live outside Metro areas, a flat $50 delivery fee will apply.

Your final shipping charges will be displayed in your checkout page before you proceed to payment so that you know exactly how much shipping will be.

  • Brisbane
  • Gold Coast
  • Perth
  • Hobart
  • Darwin

Due to delivery restrictions, we currently do not deliver to outside Metro areas for these cities listed directly above.

If you are located outside Metro areas in these cities, please contact us directly on 1300 866 421 so we can assist you with customised delivery to your area, however please note additional delivery fees will apply.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Depending on your location and product you have purchased delivery times may vary.

  • After placing your order, please allow between 3 to 9 business days to receive your order.
  • Custom made products may take a little longer, please allow between 7 to 10 business days.

Please note: Our couriers do not operate on weekends or public holidays. Please be prepared for slight delays to your delivery around Christmas, Easter and public holidays.

How Will My Order Be Delivered?

We use various courier services to deliver your order and therefore you must supply a street address, as PO boxes are unable to be delivered to.

As with most delivery services, the couriers that will deliver your order do not have a standard or set time of the day that goods are delivered.

Your order will be delivered on Weekdays only from Monday to Friday and generally only during business hours 8am-6pm.

During your checkout process there will be a special delivery instructions comment box if you have any special requests.

Please note: Not all requests will be able to be made, however we will attempt to ensure we provide the best service we can.

Do I Need To Be Home To receive My Delivery?

If you are not home when the courier attempts to deliver your order, the courier will leave it somewhere safe.

Please indicate any special delivery instructions in the comment box upon checkout eg. Leave on front porch or behind side gate.
